How much weight should I be curling?

I'm curious as to what I should be curling on preacher curl with an easy curl bar?

My max bench is 335, Deadlift is 405, and I have no clue what my max squat is as it's been a while.

I typically will put a 35 on each side of the ez curl bar and do 10 very slow concentrated reps for about 3 to 5 sets then drop down to 25's and rep out to about 12 strict concentrated curls. Should I be doing more than this?

As for dumbbell tricep extensions I'll usually grab a 100lb dumbbell and rep it out 10 to 12 times for 5 sets.

    Any advice or tips?

Nobody knows what you should be curling better than YOU. Enough to challenge you while keeping good form would have to be my answer.

x2. This is a pointless question to ask.
    Student.

Currently in the midst of a mac and cheese + hamburger helper bulk. Come at me, bodyfat.

When I am a lean 220+ then maybe I'll have an avatar, until then: foreverfaceless.jpg

    I rep back.

Your bodyweight X .6-.7 is a respectable barbell curl. DBs are for ****s (semi srs)

The problem is that you have not been squatting heavy enough to get your arms to their full potential.
