Natabolic stack
Giving the LG Natabolic Stack a try. Some good reviews on this supplement.
Will be a ten week cycle
Goals:Add lean muscle mass,strength gains,add bodyweight, cut some fat
I will be dosing the Natadrol 4/6/6/6/6/6 2bottles
PCT will be Formadrol dosed 4/4/4.1 bottle
GHenerate will be dosed per bottle 6 squirts 2X's for 5days,off for 2.1 bottle
Current supplements:
Arnge krush 1 scoop before workout. whey protein, multi vitamin
Diet:
3 protein shakes a day. something high in protein (grilled chicken, turkey burger) twice a day. 80 grams of carbs a day.
Current Stats.:
Weight:182 lbs. changes cause i retain water. can easily be 189 tomorrow.
Bodyfat:11-15%

legs
bis tris shoulders forearms.
then change to
chests tris
back bis
legs
arms and shoulders
Im 18 years old. Inform you guys if I notice anything wrong with the age. I am looking foward to these next 10 weeks

Day 1: I woke up at around 11 o clock. Went and worked out. It was a pretty average workout. Did not notice much if any change about it. After words when I ate and showered I realized I still had a bunch of energy, and that went through the course of the day. I still had some legal bud left, so I wanted to finish it before I got far enough into this and having it mess it up. I smoked and realized that the legal bud did not do anything to react with anything. What I did realize was that I got the biggest case of the munchies ever. Probably the most i've ever had. At night when it came time for bed, I was extremely tired and took the Generate and fell asleep at around 9:30 which is a lot earlier than normal. I did not notice any aggression, but libido was higher than normal.

Day 2: I woke up a few times during the night from the day before. I woke up with rock hard morning wood. I woke up at around 6 am and went a worked out. I worked my legs and realized I was doing a bit more. Like i was able to push myself farther, but also noticed i would get mad about small little things at the gym. (If i was having trouble getting like a 45 on a thing then i would get mad at it haha). I was also dressed really dumb, but i did not care at all. I am normally a very self conscious person but this didn't bother me at all. When i got home I went back to sleep for a little bit and was woken up for no reason by my step mom and flipped out. Made it through work and the rest of the day with a lot of energy. When I got home I realized I got f'd by my bank. Called them three times, and bodybuilding.com twice. I completely flipped out on the first two people from my bank, but was calm with the rest. Overall. My agression was up, as well as my libido was high as well.

Day 3: I woke up with a really cool dream. It was really funny to me.
I had a decent arm workout. It starting to seem like I am a bit stronger than before, pumping out more reps than normal, but not a major difference. I am sleeping all the way through the night until about 6 am when my family is awake to take people to school and work. Then fall back asleep right away. Libido is about average, and aggression is normal

Day 4: Rest Day
Nothing really changed. My aggression was low. Libido was normal.
I had a cool dream again but I cant remember it. Looking foward to bumping up to 6 to see how it changes

Day 5: Rest day again. My gym is really gay and closes at 6 on saturdays and 4 on sundays, so i normally make them my rest days. Day was about average. I was angry, but it was most likely from watching the browns game. (Most people gotta live in cleveland to realize how the fans are) I ended up getting messed up at night. I drove a camaro home in a whiteout messed up (great accomplishment) I woke up at 6 and could not remember a single thing or how i got home. After i went to sleep and woke up again i remeber everything. libido is starting to rage, but i am also talking to a sexy as **** girl so idk if its from that or the stack

Day 6: Was just a normal day except for my workout. Durin my workout my strength and stamina were way up. I was able to pump out more reps with more weight. it was a great feeling. Also the last two days my scale has had me listed at 189 lbs.

Day 10: Had a good workout. Benched is going up. Ive never had a really good bench but i got 205 x 8 second set and 225 x 4 third set. Deadlifts i was doing stiff legged on a box with 275 x8 then 315x8 normal pretty easily. I noticed my hair is growing faster and libido is still higher than before. My anger is not as high as though. I think im just really good at controlling it.

Day 13: Work out was intense. I am noticing a lot more vascularity and my forearms are looking giant. So i worked out my arms and i didnt have much time. It was after working a 9 hour shift and the gym was closing soon. I super setted everything and did an entire workout in about 40 minutes. Within this workout i was still doing about the same amount of weight that i was on my last workout, but I was going on little rest and supersets. I was also pumping out more reps while doing it. Also i dosed the pills a bit different. When i work or have days i cant dose 2 2 2 i do 3 3. this day was a 3 3

Day 15: I had a pretty decent workout. Worked on my chest. I hit 205 for 8 reps a lot easier than before. But i died on my third set when i went up to 215 on my 4th rep. All my pulls seam to be going up a decent amount. My aggression and such dont seem to be a problem at all with me. I am wondering about doing 8 pills a day, but im not sure if i want to invest the money into it or not because i have probation and taxes and such to pay. ( I got audited ) Ill let you know if i decide to.

Day 17: Went to the gym and had what seemed to be an off day. I took my cousin and we lifted together. I still got about the same weight i normally do but i seemed way to tired and hurting. I woke up at 7:30 am and went, and was awake til 2 talking on the phone so that most likely had most of everything to do with it.

Day 19: Worked out my chest. Im seeing a steady increase up. My bench i hit 205 7 and a half times on my second set. Back workouts were just all increased. I had a strong hit to me realizing I really need to start with my legs a lot more. My goal is to get 225 8 times by the time this is over.

Seems like ur getting steady gains
Funny not many people commenting on this but they r jumping all over some kids bloodwork who probably just doesn't know how to eat / workout anyway haha.

Day 21: I woke up and was completely unmotivated to do anything. I was running on low sleep though. I decided to change up my split today. I worked shoulders today and they seemed to be a bit stronger even on low rest. They were very sore afterwords though.

Day 26: Today was weird. I had an arm day. At the gym when I was working my arms they were not really able lift as much, but i was able to like push through like a monster. I honestly felt like a monster. There is a guy that i talk to at the gym named Dave. He was telling me that it looks like I am making good progress and fast progress. I dont see it as much as he does but i definitely notice progress

why not do some heavy barbell lifts and focus on those instead of isolation stuff, like arm days? squats, deadlifts, bench press, pendlay rows will work everything.

I have The 10 week pack. 2 bottles of natadrol, 1 of Ghenerate and 1 of formadrol.
Starting my offical stack monday. However would like some feed back on whether or not to do a four day HFT split Or Full body 3 day
Monday -chest tris and shoulders
same for thursday.
Tuesday- Back and bis and legs
same for friday.
On days off do abs, extra calves and forearms. saturday is for light cardio because upcoming pt test.
If would like some feedback on whether or not a full body 3 day split with these supplements? would it be more beneficial hitting each body part 2 times a week? I love my full body splits because my legs get more mass during a full body. Im new here but just got back into weightlifting after my army training. But look forward to being part of the forums and showing what LG sciences Natabolic stack can do for others.

I would switch to a conjugated split for sure! Hitting everything twice is a great split to switch to when using androgens. Your recovery time will have increased and strength will go up, so hit the gym as hard as you can. Part of your recovery will depend on nutrition, so don't slack there. Natadrol is a good product, but without a great diet you won't see gains like you're looking for.
My recommendation is to check out Layne Norton's PHAT routine.
