    truth. I recently noticed that the only machines I use are leg press, donkey raise machine, and cable crossover, which are both arguably closer to free weights. You would think that people would follow in the footsteps of the people whom are in shape...

    fat ppl get bored doing it more then 1 month, skinny ppl dont wanna gain too much muscle so they too stop after a month

    i've asked a guy in my gym who is 180 cm and 60 kg how long has he been training and he said 4 years
    i was like ... :| ... and then he said "yea, i train like a month then i take a break for 5-6"

    I do enjoying seeing the new bishes (the non fat ones)....but in the weight room im expecting more curlin in the squat rack than ever before, people taking up the bench to bench 50lbs, having to wait for machines
