Should I run my sprints on leg day or upper body day?
I do a lot of cleans, squats, lunges, and jumps on my leg days, and wanted to know, should I sprint the same day, or the next when I bench, and do chest.

IF you are aiming to increase your sprinting speed, as I assume you are, I would definitely do sprints on leg day. Myself I would do them first so that you aren't paralyzed after squats etc. Back in my track days I would do 5 x 50 m sprints top speed, 10x 25, 2-4x 100m, and then some 200 to get the wind going. Normally when I do legs I blast them so by bench day I shouldn't be able to run very quickly ahah.

I would do sprints on a day all by themselves, IMO they are taxing as hell.
if you insist on doing them on one of the two I would to them in the AM or PM with a few hours rest between your upper body workout and maybe of you do hard sprints then do a speed upper workout.“You never won’t know what you can’t achieve until you don’t achieve it.”
