while cooking the rice add some lemon grass in it.. it will give it a lemony aroma plus a bit of lemony taste. very appetizing for me. then find some chicken marinade online. just watch out for recipes bombarded with sodium.
sometimes i cook the chicken in the crockpot.
chicken breast
1/4 cup lemon juice.
paprika
garlic powder
bay leaves
salt and pepper
mushrooms
let it cook for 1 1/2 hours. simple an tasty.

Cook the chicken with lemon, cook the rice with broth + garlic, mix together. No need to add things afterward.
But pretty much most things go well. And sort of pre-blended seasoning works. I have every Mrs. Dash that exists, so I change it up every week to not get bored.Short term Goal: To cut back before bulking like a demon.

As for the rice check out college inn culinary broths, they make 2 different flavors Thai cocunut curry and white wine and herb just add half a cup broth for each 1/4 cup uncooked rice instead of water, bring to a boil then reduce to simmer and cook your rice by the directions, I buy the big bags of brown rice so it takes mine 45 minutes. Each one of the broths will add less than 10 calories per serving of rice. Trust me once you try it you wont ever cook rice without it. The Thai coconut curry is amazing! Enjoy!
