    When to refeed?

I am leaving for vacation at 5:00 A.M. Sunday and I was wondering when would be a good day to refeed? I have been low-carbing it for about 7 weeks now and I dropped a good bit of fat (from 15.5% to 10.7%) my last cheat was two weeks ago and I am starting to look a little flat. I heard that doing a refeed will replenish glycogen storage and make you look fuller. I work out weds and fri, would it be more beneficial to refeed on a workout day or a non-workout day? ( I don't know if it would make any difference, but saturday night I probably will not get more than 4-5 hours sleep, I need to leave my house no later than 3 A.M.)

Thank you in advance for your help, I figured if anyone on the forums would know it would be you guys.

I always refeed on my most taxing lifting day, such as legs. That way I have a lot more energy.
