    Changed my diet recently Eating High protein and staying away from anything that has a lot of carbs (bread,Cereal,oatmeal) and my body has never looked so good.

    EDIT: Also, for a male consuming 3000 calories for maintenance, 20% protein is 600 calories worth. This is 150 grams of protein. Not enough to maintain muscle mass for a lifter weighing 180+ pounds

    some people are different in terms of how they react to carbs

    for me, my body functions great at 100grams of carbs a day, as long as i got a high protein diet, i stay vascular and lean through out the year

    only have high carb day on sat or sun to replenish my glysogen stores

    This just means we have passed carrying capacity for human beings on earth who eat a natural diet (meat, veg, fruit etc). Your solution is to eat a **** diet based on grains that causes health problems so we can allow even more people to have even larger families. Then what? Its a vicious cycle, next you'll have someone on here saying not only cant we eat meat but we can no longer eat fruit and vegetables any more and must rely solely on genetically modified grains...
