    Is there any over-the-counter immune system booster you recommend? *REPS*

    I need to stay up all this week basically to study for finals, and I'm already a little sick. I can't risk getting more sick though.

    Anything you guys recommend to boost my immune system and not get sick???

    I take Echinacea, Sublingual Vit B, Vit C, and Lysine each morning and it's been working good so far. Also, Airborne is a good combo to take in addition to these supplements if you feel like you might be coming down with something. Of course always try to get enough rest each night.

    Vitamin C, not shown to necessarily prevent colds but there is evidence that it can dramatically reduce symptoms and overall length of illness. In high doses (several grams).

    Honestly I used to take a bunch of crap to not get sick including multi, then one day I just decided to stop taking EVERYTHING I was. Haven't been sick ONCE since that day, been about 5 months.

    On your own you should google REISHI and CORDYCEP mushrooms, mostly for their immune support but they're also widely used by athletes.
