wanna have a little race?!? im prob not close to that standing, but seated idk how far off (not that close though)

I've been sleeping pretty well all weekend epsecially considering all my holiday travel.
strongman workout:I was supposed to have a squat day but my gym was closed because of the blizzard so I improvised with stuff I could find in my house. it actually worked very well.
-I did a bunch of sets of 10 of squats with household items. It worked surpisingly well. I performed 4 sets of 10 with two 5 gallon water jugs held on my shoulders and a 100 pound backpack on my back. it felt odd but destroyed my legs.
-then I moved on to an atlas stone type of lift. I tied two bags together that had 85 pounds of cat litter each plus a few 2 liter bottles of soda in each bag. can't really explain it all that well so I took a video for you guys.
I did a bunch of singles with about 180 I would guess. then did a set of 12 with only about 100
-then I did some farmers walks with bags loaded with around 70-80 pounds. I used fat grips on the handles to make it a bit harder

It's about 6-8 inches out from the beginning of the knurling.
my sleep last night was pretty average. took quite a while to fall asleep but I slept in.
bench day:
bench press-
200x5
225x3
255x3
it felt ok but I could have definitely gotten more. didn't feel like pushing it crazy hard on such a heavy lift because of yesterdays workout
push press-
185x3
160x5
135x6x 2 sets
120x11
dumbell rows-
120's 3 sets of 15 reps
floor press- extremely tired from the OHP and bench but it was still some good tricep work
205x4

about 2-3 weeks in i think. it's almost over.
I slept pretty well last night. no disturbances or interruptions.
deadlift day:
deadlifts-

racks pulls- about 2 inches below knee
405x3
365x5
315x15
this turned out to be massive weakpoint in my deadlift. it was harder to break from the pins than from the floor
reverse hypers-
110lb dumbell x8 x3 sets
planks with 90 pounds
side bends-

where is it? i'd definitely be down if it's somewhat close to long island.
on to the past two days workouts. didn't have time to fully complete my training log yesterday.
lower body deload day: I worked extremely hard with more hypertrophy type of rep ranges.
squats-
365x3
315x6x2sets
these felt pretty good. I haven't done any kind of higher rep work so this is a start.
deadlifts-
365x6
315x8x 3 sets
when I was working with 315, I tried to keep the bar speed relatively fast. my legs were on fire from this workout.
upper deload: took out the core lifts and did high volume assistance work
DB bench-
85's x8
80's x10x 2 sets
push press-
155x5
strict OHP-
120x10x 2 sets
clean and press-
165x3x 5 sets
dumbell rows-
150's x 6
125's x 10
BB rows-
225x10x 2 sets
pull ups-
BW x 10x 3 sets
skull crushers and reverse curl superset
EZ curl bar+85 x6x 4 sets

I just took some new measurements to track my progress during this log as well and i'm very please with my results,
all measurements in inches
chest- 43.75
shoulders-49.5
waist-34
hips-41
arms-15
legs-23.5
