    Barbell Calf Raises

    Wensday-
    Bench Press

    Deadlift

    Lat Pulls
    Curls
    Leg Raises 2x15

    All sets reverse pyramid in a 6-8-10

    BB Lunges 115-95-75 lbs
    Leg Curl Machine 130-120-110
    Calf Press 5 plates on leg press per side
