    Tried to bench today, every warmup rep of 135 and my pec got progressively worse..

    ended up just doing a ton of shoulders, light weight crap, and stretching

    something was happening to it over the past few workouts, the last one was particularly bad during the final set

    I am beginning to be of the opinion that oly lifting is ghey and is ruining my powerlifting.

    It is also my highly educated opinion that snatching increases your risk of chest injuries.

    I have this groove that if I don't hit, I am not moving alot of weight.

    If it's a good rep, I will be nearly stiff legged, I will feel the stretch in my hammys, and the bar will stay close as I feel my hips driving through.

    Lately, I have been taking forever off the floor, lacking force development, and I don't feel like I am driving with the hips because the bar gets away from me.

    I don't really know what to tell you. Maybe a grip and rip would do the trick?

    I could definitely see the the increased flexibility causing you to start unnecessarily low though
