I have this groove that if I don't hit, I am not moving alot of weight.
If it's a good rep, I will be nearly stiff legged, I will feel the stretch in my hammys, and the bar will stay close as I feel my hips driving through.
Lately, I have been taking forever off the floor, lacking force development, and I don't feel like I am driving with the hips because the bar gets away from me.
