    over weight and over trained manlet

    I figured I might as well log my workouts online since I already do on my computer

    this week I am planning to max squat/bench/deadlift on monday/wednesday/friday

    trying to go 565/380/600

    very possible I miss them all.....

    I dont know about that really I started to stall at that exact place for squats and deadlifts(when the bar gets to the knee) a lot lately

    I am not sure if this is a muscular weakness, or I am not making enough effore to push the hips through

    It looks like you were letting the weight stay on your toes instead of your heels, that can mess a good lift up pretty fast.
    It'd be like staying fat while running marathons because it's more impressive to finish a marathon when you're overweight. It might be impressive in the short run, but in the long run it just doesn't make any sense. ~breathinglife
