I figured I might as well log my workouts online since I already do on my computer
this week I am planning to max squat/bench/deadlift on monday/wednesday/friday
trying to go 565/380/600
very possible I miss them all.....

It looks like you were letting the weight stay on your toes instead of your heels, that can mess a good lift up pretty fast.
It'd be like staying fat while running marathons because it's more impressive to finish a marathon when you're overweight. It might be impressive in the short run, but in the long run it just doesn't make any sense. ~breathinglife

Friday - Pin Presses, Military press routine, Jm Presses, Abs
