I see. In that case then yeah I understand my body a lot more now and know that I can handle much greater amounts of food, leading to a slower, more enjoyable and successful diet.

Its +/- 3% but that's mainly dependent but 1-2% seems to be more generally accepted. I really am an advocate of BodPod I have a client filming himself on my website getting tested and going over the results with the tester: www.apexContestPrep.com

I get nutritional advice and ex phys data from the health science department at my school.. According to my professor, the bodpod starts to become unreliable when people are under the 8% mark.. It produces inconsistant readings, lung volume can be different, etc. The DEXA however is nearly dead on accurate.

So after running 220/475/70 and 220/500/75 for 2 weeks from a previous 220/450/65, I started spilling over. I think I went up a bit too high all at once and should have went up slowly. It wasn't until my macros were at around 220/370/65 that I started seeing really good strength gains. I dropped it down to 220/450/70, run that for a week to two, and then bump up my carbs by ~10g and fats by 5g. My bodybugg should also be in next week so I'm excited with that and I give you guys my input on it after a week to two of using it
Some spillage http://img818.imageshack.us/i/img0633k.jpg/ You can see on the right bicep.
I'm still trying to find that sweet spot, and the bodybugg should help with knowing my TDEE. I feel as if I could run 475 on training days and perhaps 400-425 on off days. So far 0.25-0.5lbs a week. We will seeJust a weight lifter
