    I train every other day full body

    should i take a rest for 2 days straight? been doing this maybe 1month now every other day.

    There's nothing wrong with training full body every other day, depending on your goals.

    Taking two consecutive rest days is fine, use your own judgment as to whether or not you need rest.

    Keep doing what ur doing if you are progressing , if its not working then change something up mate.

    I've done it for the better part of a year and have had great success. Just listen to your body and adjust accordingly.
    Squat, Deadlift, Row, Bench, Press, repeat.
