EC stack/LX Cycle done. Major cravings now?

K, so I just got done with EC Stack/Lean Xtreme. I finished up on the 2nd or 3rd of December and the appetite was under control the whole time of taking these for the most part.

I'm known to be a late night eater and while on these it wasn't really a problem, it decreased a lot. Now that it has been about a week off of these I have noticed I have been doing some late night gorging again.

Tonight was an example. Came home from the gym about 7:30 P.M. broiled a steak, and had 2 bowls of salad, until about 11:00 PM I've had a piece of whole wheat bread and butter, protein sludge, 2 flour tortillas, about 4 slices of cheese with another piece of whole wheat bread, and almost a whole bag of party size butter fingers. It feels like I've been eating all night.

I don't feel bloated or full or anything, I feel absolutely normal, but it's like....wow what the eff. Good if my goal was to bulk but goddamn man.... I don't know what's freakin' wrong with me.

Coming off of appetite controllers usually result in stuff like this?

    always great for a bulk!

Just have some self control or at least make that stuff somewhat healthy and use as a refeed day.

dont buy dirty foods if you have no self control and want to cut...

if all you have is oatmeal, chicken, and tuna then I highly doubt you engorge at night.

that what tends to happend once you body feels starved now you have to be careful that your body doesnt start hoarding cals.. on another note You have to surround your self with healthy snacks. There are plenty of protein bars that taste about as good as a butterfinger. Some of the healthier foods maybe more expensive and dont taste as great at first but you get use to them.
