    hemo rage black (ultra concentrate) >muscle pharm assault?

    I've heard tons of good things about the new hemo rage so i decided to buy it today over the also popular muscle pharm assault. I was wondering if anyone had used these two products and could shed some more light on which one worked better for them ?

    ps. ive used 2 other pre workouts in my life.

    no shotgun (sent me to the hospital) becuase of my own stupidity but def magnesium overkill

    and jack3d which was GREAT in the beginning but just has no effect on me n.e more. I dont over do pre workuts i may use them 3-4 times a month tops.

    Dont have any experience with Hemo rage. But I can say in my personal opinion assault is the best pre workout product ive used. The ingredient profile is hard to beat. I am a rep though so my opinion may seem biased. Try assault next and see which you like better.
