    Keep in mind that's for 3.6 oz. of garlic bro. Enough to ward off vampires for two weeks if you ate it in one sitting. A single clove of garlic peeled only has about one net carb. 100g isn't much sweet potato, but it's a hell of a lot of garlic. Use it wisely, but I say go ahead and enjoy.

    Biggest mistake I made my first time on keto is not eating plenty of vegetables. This time around my keto is much more healthier and infinitely more enjoyable because of veggies.
