switching off cardio every other day.

would a BCAA supplement be beneficial on cardio days?

Just looking at that cycle makes my joints hurt... Yes even with cissus, glucosamine, and fish oil. Would drop the androhard if anything, what's your reasoning for it?

dude......that is a pretty harsh cycle imo.
i am not a fan of stacking anyway. even if it is 11oxo. it is still a supressive compound. i would suggest changing your plan.
maybe run one or the other?? up to you. even the havoc dosing is severe for someone your size imo.

btw.....i believe orange triad already has plenty of joint support in it. no need for extra glucosamine.

Exactly! Which is why I asked 'what's your reasoning for using it?'

It's used for it's androgenic properties, there's no need for it when running havoc.

just because it's not necessary, doesn't mean you will not benefit from it.

i dont really find anything wrong with the cycle except for the massive price tag for just the ph/ds.
