Long time reader, first time poster.
The titles pretty self explanatory, everytime I do barbell curls and place the weight down, I feel a ****-ton of pain, even with wrist support.
Usually I can shrug off most pain, however its getting REALLY annoying, I assume its because I'm doing too much weight but I don't want to go any lower.
Anyone know a solution?

I'm dealing with it now myself. I went for an x-ray last week and it was normal. I have a sharp pain when I turn my hand palm up. I cannot do chins or BB curls. The doctor said don't do movements that aggravate it and to take OTC pain meds to deal with it. I've been wrapping mine tight and avoiding the movements that hurt. It seems to be improving.
