Yeah he's serious. I have had BOTH of my knees operated on. Torn muniscus (sp) in my right knee and ACL reconstruction in my left. I just started doing squats and deadlifts not to long ago. I know some people their knees are so bad "ex-football players", that can't even bend their knees in the morning!! Takes an hour for them to get moving in the morning.
Leg extensions and leg curls like was said above. Also do calf raises to keep your legs balanced out. Be sure to start out light to work up to more weight.If everything seems under control, you're just not going fast enough. - Mario Andretti
