Martin filmed in a quicktime format so I am still trying to figure out how to make them all into one. I have no log on here..My training and lifts are nothing special. I'll see you at the Y though!
I do have to say though that in Martin's training vids he may seem to cut his squats a bit high but at the meet where it counts he buries them deep in the hole. I was impressed. He also keeps his back and torso ridiculously upright for someone who squats in flat soled shoes.

awww thanks jactbrah yea i tend to squat a bit too deep at meets lol i would actually like to cut them higher if i could. my core and lower back have gotten a lot stronger over the past year but still whenever i fail a squat its my core that fails first. but i guess having a super long torso helps
didnt train today. might go in tomorrow for some upper body work to get dat pump on. im not starting another training cycle until January due to all the traveling i have to do during Christmas. but if i have a chance i might go train at the IPF gym in Hong Kong when im there in a couple weeks.
I do already have something planned out for my next training cycle. this cycle wont lead up to a meet since my next meet is in June. but i will incorporate more rep work to build up that work capacity and conditioning. ever since i stopped doing sheiko my conditioning has gone waaaay down and now squatting 225 for more than 3 reps gives me a super lower back pump. but everything will still be similar to what i've been doing: adding 10-15lbs every week, deloading every 2-3 weeks, training each main lift once a week etc.
in the beginning of 2012 i wanted a 1400 total before 2013 and considering how easy i totalled 1338 i'd say i got pretty damn close. now i want a 1500 total before 2014. probably a 500 squat, 400 bench and 600 dead. and on second thought, i've decided not to move up to 275. im pretty comfortable with lifting at around 250. and a 1500 total at 242 sounds a lot more impressive than at 275 lol.My training log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=129669663

did a bit more work today cause i might not be lifting next week. shoulders and elbows were still hurting but i was able to push through it.
i'll be in Toronto this weekend and im planning on pulling 550 on saturday at Fortis (the gym i used to train at). did all these with my nike kicks and without a belt because i forgot to bring them. im going to incorporate more beltless squats into my training.
Speed Deadlifts (cause i was feeling stupid)
