Not entirely sure since i've only heard a vague "tons". But seriously get ready to hear some yelling lol. Btw front squat looks awsome. I've been doing them for the past week going up to 225 for singles trying to learn clean grip form. So far i've torn a good chunk of skin off the base of my thumb from the bar rolling.

was feeling like sh!t today. squats felt terrible. i tried my old wide stance low bar squat and i seemed to have lost all hip power in the hole. switched back to high bar close stance immediately. back felt alright today but my knees hurt like hell...tylenol + icing. bench was easy

I've heard good things about the Dowins brah and highbar squatting with oly shoes=win. Don't know how people feel comfortable high bar squatting with normal shoes and no heel. It's a bit late now but theres an oly coach here that sells his oly shoes Kanamas for $109. I use them and i'd say theyre awsome. cant wait to try them. too bad it'll take like 3 weeks to ship them.
i actually feel pretty comfortable squatting in normal flat shoes because im so used to it. but i've heard so much great things about oly shoes.
