Light ATG Squats

Doing full ROM doesn't hurt my quad. But if i put in the effort and stop at below parallel, it puts a lot of stress on my knees and for some reason that hurts my quad. So for now i'll have to go IPF deep lol.

Its usually around $75-90 actually. I don't really eat out that often and i buy everything from Walmart lol. This is how my grocery list looks like every week:
2lbs ground beef
2lbs ground chicken
2lbs ground turkey
3lbs turkey patties
3 frozen large pizzas
Juice
Soymilk (lactose intolerant)
Eggs
Bread
Sandwich meat
2kg of frozen veggies that last about 3 weeks
Rice that lasts about a month
all that usually comes to around $90. when shiits on sale its about $75.
Light Squat Practice

I was able to find a more comfortable high bar position but i felt like i couldn't get my upper back tight at all compared to low bar. But for the next 6 weeks or so I'll be squatting light so I can play around with my stance, bar position and depth more.

The fatigue from 5 weeks of heavy volume benching is setting in. Totally out of gas after 2 sets of 5. Next week will be a deload for me then I'm moving into sets of 4.

More like what hurts less lol. Right now high bar oly squats feel the best to me so I'm gonna train that primarily. Cutting depth seems to aggravate my injuries.

Again, decided not to do my work sets today and went light.
No assistance work.
The old me would've pushed through it today and probably missed my working sets. Or I would've hit them and felt beat up as fuuck for the following few days. I guess now I'm just not scared to take a step back and shut it down early when I'm not feeling well. I'm gonna try to hit what i didn't do today on Friday. Very happy with this. Lower back and glutes were sore going into this workout but i managed to pull a PR pretty easily. Looking forward to my week off coming up.

Fatigue is building up fast so i did doubles instead of triples. I guess im doing high volume training right since im getting weaker during the training cycle. I encountered the same thing when i was doing sheiko.

545x1 20lb PR. i was supposed to work up to 535 today but my warmups felt really good so i went for 545. got way out of position at the bottom so my lockout became harder than its supposed to be. still got it though.

Great day of training. I originally planned to go 565 beltless in two weeks. I know i can hit it but i don't really see a point in doing it. It'd probably have not much training effect other than burning myself out. I'm going light next week and i'll start a new deadlift cycle and i'll start pulling with a belt again.
And hopefully i'll have a better week of benching next week.

Light day. Glute was feeling funky, which made sense cause i hit a deadlift PR last week and squatted monday. Also used a belt today after staying beltless for like 2-3 months. Felt extremely awkward. I think i need to tighten it a little.

I'm re-thinking if i should do doubles for my deadlift cycle or not. I don't know if my glute is ready for that yet. Warming up today on deads i was doing doubles and triples and that made my glute feel a bit funky. I might just peak up using heavy singles every other week. Basically one week heavy one week light.
