Trained at a commercial gym today (goodlife fitness) because True North BB was closed due to heavy snow. today was supposed to be a light deadlift day with bands and obviously that wasnt gonna happen so i just messed around with squats and deads

Ate a fuuckton of crap last night and got hammered as fuuck and today im still only at 230lbs lol. and i thought i was gonna skip my carbnite tomorrow. when i get down to 220 i think its gonna take a lot more eating than i thought to maintain my bodyweight.

took it easy today. my body needs some rest. i think the weight loss is finally affecting my deadlift. last time i pulled heavy was three weeks ago and i weighed 239. today i was 229 and i was definitely feeling weaker than before. im taking a deload for all 3 lifts next week. its time to rethink and replan my training program. im probably gonna start something new. im 16 weeks out from the meet and at this rate im definitely not gonna get a 500 squat and 600 dead if i keep doing my own shiit. even though i believe once i start eating carbs again my strength will bounce back.My training log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=129669663

weighed 227 this morning. im done with CarbNite. Im starting carb-backloading tomorrow and i'm gonna maintain my bodyweight at 225 so i only have to cut 5lbs in June. went to watch and help out at a meet today. saw some big lifts which really motivated me. i'm starting Sheiko again on monday. i have 16 weeks before the meet so I'm gonna run 29, 37, 40, 32. im done fuucking around. its time to get serious. the training maxes that im using are basically the same as the ones i used last time i ran sheiko except for the deadlift. they are subject to change though as i get used to the volume.

used my dowins with a close stance on my warmup sets. just didnt feel right. went back to chucks and wide stance for 325x5x5. i just feel so much stronger and "safer" in the hole that way. even though squatting wide hurts my hip a lot more. one of these days im gonna have to get my right hip checked out. its been hurting for almost 2 years.

weights were still moving pretty fast but my knees and hip were in waaaay too much pain. i was literally limping after each set. but i still got under the bar and did all my sets. benching went very well. Sheiko has always worked very well for my bench so im expecting my bench to improve the most out of all 3 lifts. my form is already feeling better.

easy day. my strength is definitely coming back. training again on sunday instead of monday because i have class during the day on monday and an exam at night. hopefully i dont kill myself. i'll have 2 days of rest before deads and bench on wednesday though.
