    Balls out ofcourse! I am told the adrenaline rush from being at a meet is enough to nail some personal bests(with proper prework). Although obviously play it by feel when you get there.
    You would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.

    also did tons of stretching and foam rolling. water loading is fuucking hard too. and its probably because of all the water i been drinking, my bodyweight has gone up to 256. i hope im not doing something wrong. i started going low-carb tonight.

    to be honest I don't know yet. I would like to weigh in friday (I'll have no problem making weight as I am in the middle of the weight class) so that I can gorge a buffet afterwards and bloat up for saturday. Thing is I don't want to drive back and forth to waterloo (friday and again saturday), nor do I want to spend money on a hotel, so maybe I will just weigh in on the meet day
