LMAO! Did you get your license? That's kind of a bummer you have nobody to compete against! Looks like you got a guaranteed first place!
Edit: And awesome workouts!"It's not what you accomplished or how long it took you to get there, what really matters is that you actually did it!"

here in ontario you have to get 3 licences before getting full privilege to drive in Canada and the US. you have to wait 8 months between getting your 1st and 2nd licence and 12 months between 2nd and 3rd. i only got my 1st and i can only drive with a driving instructor. gotta wait 7 more months before i can drive on my own
i'll be honest here i did almost hit a curb...but hey its my first time and i went up to 70km/h in a 40 zone lol
this. theres gonna be 110+ lifters in this meet but im still the only one in my division.
lulz. *Based on my experience asian drivers are better than indian or fat black women driversMy training log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=129669663

Long time since I popped by your log. I stopped mine after getting lazy/stopping sheiko due to injuries. I see you've swiched DL to sumo FINALLY. Strong legs=pull sumo. You're doing the 100% Raw meet in sept? I'm still on the fence if I'm going to do it. Training has been inconsistent, i've switched squat forms like 5x already and been pulling with straps because of injured bicep/brachioradialis.

stretch marks ftw!
i'll probably just take token lifts...like 100lbs for 1st attempt then pass. even if i can squat i wont go heavy or anything.
yea we have to take drivers ed or we'll have to wait longer lol. but i know in europe drivers ed is compulsory and it costs a lot too.
hey duuuude! sucks about your injuries man. how did you get injured? can you still bench? im still doing the meet but im out for the squat due to injuries too lol. you should still do it man you dont even have to travel its where you train. should be a lot of fun.My training log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=129669663

I got injured doing mixed grip on deadlifts, pulled something in mid back and had to use straps. Pulled 3x bw 484@161 with straps though (avi) after not deadlifting for a month. Squat has been a nightmare to say the least. Switched from low bar to high bar to box squatting to oly atg squatting atm. I can still bench fine but have been doing 'bodybuilder' benching lmao 10-15 reps. I can hit 225x5 any day though so I should be good for at least 110kg.
^those arent really a problem though
I'm depressed about doing the meet because while doing BTN push presses I tweaked something in both my mid and lower back and I now can't arch. I'm afraid to test deadlift but its definately going to be down from 220kg.
Either way though i'll definitely show up and cheer you on. Btw theres going to be a 'bench your bodyweight for reps' contest as well lol. I think its like 30$ to enter that and you can win cash. From what I've heard from the powerlifters here though theres probably only one 'ringer' and hes in the 181 class. I can hit bw for ~20-22 reps but I think they're baiting me into doing that contest. Theres no way the winner will do less than 30 reps.Misc Strength Crew

Last year I had a similar injury while doing rackpulls/deads, I'm thinking you just pulled or 'popped' a rib out of place. It's happened to me a couple times. Just try going to a chiropractor explain what happened and he should be able to look at your back and tell if its out of place or not. If it is all he has to do is push it into place.

Lookin good Martin, sucks about the back but you seem to be training around it nicely.
I know you have mentioned 3+ hour workouts a couple of times. We have done a lot of the same prep cycles and my longest workout has been 2:25. I set the stop watch on my phone and just keep an eye on it in between sets, nothing too strict but I think you'd be surprised how long it takes between sets sometimes. You could probably chop a good bit of time off your workouts if you wanted to keep Sheikoing while in school.

yeppp
wow 2:25....thats like the time i take on my accessory days...i did try timing my rest periods once and i found myself breathing like a 500-pound woman walking on a treadmill...poor conditioning i guess. i think the problem is i have the conditioning to last a long ass time of lifting without even eating but i need more rest in between sets. i should probably start timing myself again. My training log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=129669663
