Question **!help please!** **!read and respond!** **!extreme hunger!**

    Everyone,

For starters thanks for taking the time to view this post! I'll cut straight to the chase! I am hungry seriously like every 2 hours. I'm not talking hunger a snack can cure. I'm talking a full course meal hunger! If I try to eat portionized I end up cheating big time! I weight train 3 times a week currently on Monday Wednesday and Friday and do cardio 5 days a week and burn between 600 to 800 calories, but I’m not losing any weight. In my opinion its not muscle gains that are balancing the weight out. I'm sure my metabolism is through the roof and that’s why I’m hungry, but I mean I never feel satisfied. It's pissin me off because I do well for a few days, and then I lose control. Its as if my body wants to catch up for lack for food. If you have any advice or guidance if would be greatly appreciated. I'm thinking about going to see a dietitian.

I went to eating every two hours but Im NEVER hungry anymore unless I miss a time eating....it took about three days to get that way though. I train 5 days a week (when Im not injured) and cardio after. If you are hungry that would explain NOT losing weight (to me anyways) Anytime Ive tried to lose weight and stayed hungry my body held on to fat. What kind of meals are you eating every two hours?

I eat about the same, and weigh a few pounds more. I have been eating at that level for almost a year. Try to eat clean foods, and you can still eat a lot. I also save most of my calories for dinner, as that is when I am the most hungry, and I go to the gym at 5:00, so it is after I go to the gym as well.

You said you do good for a few days and then you go off diet big time. Maybe that's why you are not losing weight. Your body wants to eat all that it can you have to just get disciplined and hang in there.

Macros might be to blame. Are you getting enough healthy fats?
