Female BodyBuilders and muscle worship

I've notice that a lot of female BB do muscle worship videos. When I was looking for shows to watch on line I ran in to a lot of them, even the more famous ones, rolling around on beds in what looked like hotel rooms flexing and such. I have read that the women don't make any money so they have to resort to this or personal training to sustain their BB careers. Is this really that case? I know people are free to do what they want but there is something exploitative about it that rubs me the wrong way. Almost like its near porn. I think more so because the explanation I see is that the female BB have to resort to this because the federations don't treat them equally to the men and they don't get the endorsements the men do. I guess I find it exploitative because it seems to be done from a point of weakness rather than empowerment.

I totally agree, I watched a documentary a while back called "super size she" about a female bodybuilder (roided up to he max) who made those type of video to make ends meet, it seemed pretty sad to me almost just like stripping... but hey different strokes for different folks.

I don't think male bodybuilders do that well for themselves either. Professional bodybuilders put in tremendous amounts of time for often very little reward.

male bodybuilders will do gay for pay, or gay photos/websites that kind of stuff. I think when you get to that point where you are doing things like this to get by its a issue.
