if you're looking to save money why not just use some crystal lite flavoring, bulk BCAA's, 20-50g of dextrose/malto, creatine mono, and what have you?

What are you looking for an your INTRA workout? that is the question
Are you looking for a more complex blend?
Are you looking for a basic formula?
How much are you looking to spend?

These are all the things you have to put into consideration on top of what you respond best to.

Read Reviews, read logs, and do some research and try a bunch of different things and see how you respond to it. Take a look into Scivation Xtend, read about how many people use it, read about how its one of the most popular intra-workouts on the market, and how it has won numerous Recovery supplement of the award's at the olympia in the past. It can come as cheap as 35 cents/serving or 36$ for 90 servings and comes in 7 different flavors. Pretty cost effective and one that many people look into.

I would also suggest looking into XF Ice and AI recover pro if you are looking for a very cost/result effective supplement.

I rly like EnnerCell. Gives me an awesome boost in endurance with the waxy maize starch, whey isolate and hydrosylate, multiple kinds of creatine, 6 grams of L-Leucine(BCAA important for protein synthesis), and Beta-Alanine. Taste is very refreshing and great.

Take a look at MuscleTech IntraVol.

I've used it and so have some of my friends and not only is the recovery between sets good but you feel like you get a better overall pump.

Thats what I was wondering because I am cautious no take NOXplode or SuperPump because of my blood pressure. SizeOn doesnt mess with my heart and you just sip it through the workout. I have taken 1 jug of SizeOn so far and I liked the convienience, just wanted to know what is out there that is similar and maybe is more effective, but I do like SizeOn

I've been using Vendetta for around 2 week's and I am pleased with it. The direction's state to consume immediately before a workout, I sip on it throughout my workout. Each set is as fresh as the last while drinking it.

OP SizeOn is the best intra I have used, but I only use it on lifting days.

For cardio, I use Xtend and stick by it.
