i am being serious im NOT trolling i even heard people that shower too much start to smell bad as well because all their natural body oils is gone...
even dermatologists recommend that you dont shower everyday.

The problem is you're focusing on the things in life that don't really matter. When I was a kid I had hopes and dreams. We all did. But over time, the daily grind gets in the way and you miss the things that really matter, even though they are right in front of you, staring you in the face. I think the next time you should ask yourself "Am I on the right track here?". I don't mean to be rude but people like you I really pity. I shower 1-2 times daily. If you utilize body lotion you should be fine from dry skin issues...
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.
