tor is a program that allows you to surf the net anonymously but it's still not 100%. Before wondering into w/e ur imagination allows disable JavaScript, delete cookies, captcha, all that shet just run Cc cleaner (program that deletes cookies etc). Just read up on that hiddn wiki page it shows u how to surf safely (no pedo) and I'm sure hidden wiki is safe just not the resources there.
