I hope we don't get the 2018 WC, london is getting raped with road works etc for the ****ing olympics.
I hope USA gets the 2022 World Cup, WC 94 was an awesome tournament.

The thing is though, USA doesn't need it as much as Australia for world soccer growth. Soccer will never be the predominant sport in the USA. It is as popular as it will ever be. Where as in Australia the domestic league is struggling badly, no interest in it. Less kids playing. Would be a massive boost and renew interest.
Also look at what we did with Sydney olympics in 2000.
Would be more benifit for Football going forward to have it come towards the Oceanic area.
But its about the dollar signs and who paid the biggest bribes (lettuce be reality), so it will go to America.
I can't see England not getting it in 2022, Russie just seems like way to big a gamble.
