Loosing fat with diet and weight program (possible?)
The title says it all. Is it possible to loose weight (as fat) with a weight training (no cardio at all) and sticking to a high-protein diet (while taking lower carb and fat of course)
And most importantly, how efficent this method would be?
(Answers based on personal experience is much more appreciated) =)
