Right now I can see nothing getting in the way of my goal of being aesthetic as possible by spring of 2011. I'm about 3 more months of bulking and maybe a 2-3 month cut from achieving the physique I want. If enough people are in on this I will add more details. So if you feel like there is nothing that can get in the way of achieving your aesthetic goals by spring of 2011 subscribe to this thread and bump it on a regular basis.
Alright, write you're overall goals, how you're going to go about achieving them (ie: cut for X amount of time then bulk for X) your current stats, and big 3 lifts. Update however often you wish. Mark my words: I WILL NOT FAIL!!
Goal: Get to a ripped 200-205 by April 2011
Plan: Bulk till around February then cut to 8-9%
Weight: 216 (that's with shorts, running shoes, a shake in my stomach and a shirt on)
Height: 6'3"
Arms: 16.25" cold flexed in the morning
Waist: 35" in the morning
Chest: 44"
Neck: 17"
Bf%: 15-17
Big 3. (never go for 1rm so this is my best)
Bench: 245X6
Dead: 355X7
Squat: 265X6 (I only started squatting a few weeks ago)
Feel free to add updates whenever.

In the process of leaning down right now. Down to 210ish from a bulk to 235. I've been at this weight for 3-4 weeks now. Basically recomping and it's been great. Slowly leaning out while staying the same weight is nice. Should be about 12% bf by January 1. Then I'll slowly work my way down to 10% by March-April

Is it really necessary to only lose 1lb per week? I'm thinking about it now and If I stay the same bf% as I am I'm going to have about 3-4 months of cutting in order to get to my desired bf%. Seems a little long, for some reason I think it takes allot more to break down muscle then the pros make it seem. These after all are guys that are wayy past their genetic potential and trying to get to an unhealthily low bf%.

I'm told it has. Trouble is that I don't believe I'm changing anyway unless I have incontrovertible measurements (not possible with chest - I can produce measurements that differ by inches by making very minor alterations to them) or incontrovertible pictorial evidence (and there, I'm always doubtful about lighting etc.), so I'm not a good person to ask.
I suppose the best sign is that I used to want my chest to be as big cold as it is when pumped - but now feel that that would be too big, which suggests that it's grown.
