Nice. Grew up travelling to Winter Park quite a bit as a teenager. That an Breckenridge. Had good times there.
This weekend can't come soon enough. 2 days of boarding @ Shiga Kogen. Largest resort in Japan, 70 lifts. Only down side is they are pretty harsh on off piste riding, but with it being so big, you can find those spots where you can get away with it.
Snow forecast is saying Wed, Thur and Friday snow**MISC STRENGTH CREW**

Yep, this morning at Winter Park was pretty damn awesome. a foot of new snow. got in the lift line about 8:10 before it opened at 8:30. made it up the bowl before it got torn up and made my mark in that 12" of fresh! hate that i'm having to leave tomorrow, but it's always nice to be home

Shiga Kogen was legit as phuck this weekend. They got a lot of snow through out the week so there were a lot of fresh off piste runs to be had on Saturday, even though its a big no no at this resort.
Didn't have any problems, and found no one enforcing it. Deff the largest resorts in Japan, so finding your own hidden lines and ducking off under the ropes is pretty easy.
Sunday turned out to be bluebird which was awesome since its pretty rare to hit those days in Japan. Always phucking snowing.

Yeah the only reason I'm looking to go wider is in hoping to do more skiing out West with more vacation time coming up in the next year. I skied more days out there this year than I did at home lol. Suppose I could always get a cheap pair of skis for east coast ice
These are what I'm looking at right now
K2 Shreditor 102
Liberty Helix
4Frnt Devastator
Maybe something from Bluehouse when their new models come out*** Misc Cigar Crew ***
