Anybody know how/if your birthday is checked for season passes? Thinking about buying my first season pass (Cali4nia pass), just turned 23 which is now Adult instead of Youth, would save $200 if lied and said 22. Worth it or too sketchy?

Why's that? I thought it was awesome to get a free or bogo ticket to all the big places near by.
Im new (just moved to upstate NY in mid 2015) and went to Jay Peak one weekend last year at the end of the season and was hooked. Took advantage of all the end of season sales. Got a great deal on a sweet Volkl setup. A little "advanced" for my level, but ill grow into them.MFC

Any brahs have any recommendations for places to go for novices in europe? Been snowboarding for years, and I'm trying to talk this HBB i'm seeing into a skiing/snowboard trip.
Her one complaint is that she doesn't want to be busting her chit while i'm cruising around the entire time. So the caveat is, instead of me snowboarding, i'm going to learn to ski with her. We're central to London/Paris at the moment. Where should we go?
I was in your shoes about 4 seasons ago. I mainly just hounded the sales at the-house.com but oddly enough I got an amazing deal from a guy on craigslist. Got a brand new forum board, with new rome bindings for $250DCA'ing FXS since Sept2022

My tip is, if you are a talented skier, don't ski at park city. Great place for the beginner-intermediate, but if you are a hard charger go to Big Cottonwood or Little Cottonwood. Terrain is so much better.
I would also recommend Brighton for some of the chillest vibes, most fun back country (fun, not "scary." Mini golf lines EVERYWHERE), and great park skiing.
Love Utah, dont love Park City. Those damn yellow jackets....

I live in Denver. This season is off to a really slow and late start. Most places just opened and only have 2-4 trails open and I doubt it'll be much better next week.
I am very interested for next season. Almost did Japan this year but everything is so different I was nervous to go alone.
