How many grams of protein do you eat per day?

and what are some of your favourite meals/snacks that are high in protein.

Yea right in that range. I weigh and measure my food and keep a journal of it so I definitely know thats what its coming out to. Just comes down to around 7-8oz (ckd) of meat with most meals and like 4 shakes at the right times.
I know thats way on the high end and I'm not saying most people should do that, I just can't grow like I want unless I keep my food intake very, very high. I keep my carbs in the 5-600 range right now too.

And as far as the kidney stones thing, I don't think so. Check out this article:
    http://bodybuilding.about.com/od/bod...dneydamage.htm
they have sources cited if you really wanna read the study. Unless you have pre existing conditions you're probably not gonna see issues as a healthy athlete on a very high protein diet. I've seen similar studies where they had them on much higher protein as well.
And for me personally, I've been eating over 300 most of the time I've been bodybuilding and have had no issues.. everything always comes back fine at the doc's
