    Question ATg or low bar squat while on SS?

    im on ss and i plan to do bodybuilding after, low bar is relly uncomfortable to me but the program says to do it i like ATG and can keep better form. which should i choose?

    Completely different things if I'm not mistaken. Low bar refers to the bar placement on your back. Has nothing to do with ATG squats(though high or low bar placement could aid in reaching depth so it kind of does at the same time).
