BACKGROUND:
An athlete must be able to perform at such an extremely high level over the course of long periods of time if success is to be achieved in their respective sport of choice, bodybuilders and strength athletes included. Consistency is part of the equation to achieving success. Hard work is another part. So is following the right training protocol and eating the proper foods. Lastly, once the aforementioned things are taken care of, athletes also factor in the use of certain strategic supplements in their arsenal. BCAA have been used by hard training athletes for 20+ years now. And rightly so, as the benefits are numerous.
With this hard training, elite athlete in mind, the fellas at Universal cooked up a potent "enhanced" BCAA performance supplement. The goal in mind was to combine the time-tested benefits of BCAA along with key performance ingredients that would take an athlete’s ability to consistently train hard and perform at a high level on the daily, up a notch. That's how Atomic 7 came to the table. And so, we'd like to kick off the launch of Atomic 7 with a promo for you, the hard training athlete--
PROMO:
Open to all hard training athletes 18+ with a US or Canadian mailing address. We want to post how you'd implement the use of an "enhanced" BCAA performance supplement--Atomic 7--in your daily protocol and how you think it will enhance your own hard training goals.

I am going to be competing in my 2nd and 3rd natural bodybuilding contests in March, and my contest prep starts Monday! For my last prep, I used a very low-carb, cutdiet-type nutrition approach. I worked out 5 days per week, and I also did 5 sessions of cardio each week, alternating between HIIT and LISS training. I was able to drop a tremendous amount of weight (about 35 lbs), while retaining, and even building muscle (according to the bod pod reading done before and after my prep)!!!! I attribute some of my success due to the fact that I utilized quality BCAA supplementation. I used AI's RecoverPro, Gaspari's Size-On Pre-contest, and Double-T Sports' Glutacene to really help me keep as much muscle as possible while dieting and training so hard. I will never go through a contest prep without the involvement of a quality BCAA supplement. The research has proven its effectiveness.
With this being said, I would love to make your product a part of my contest prep for my March shows. Hopefully, with my hard training and great diet, and this quality supplement, I will post some pictures of me holding up a first-place trophy at my contests!
Thanks for this opportunity!

I am doing the OBF here and it is my first time doing any kind of contest like this. I am adding in cardio and doing tabatta almost daily. My weight training is also extremely demanding. I have used BCAAs in the past and loved them. Universal is and awesome company and I am sure this product will rock. I am also doing a CKD diet so BCAAs are usually what gets me through my workouts.
I think this product would be exactly what I need to help me win the OBF.
Also if you talk to anyone who has seen my logs I always have a good one and it is usually really busy. The Beast Journey to Elite

I have been involved in nutrition and fitness for about four years now. I have recently (January 2010) gotten serious with Crossfit and ever since have had a big dream of going to the Crossfit Games. I plan on competing in the Sectionals competition at the beginning months of 2011 and hope to move on to Regionals. I have been training hard and have been absolutely devoted to this cause. I have used supplements as to add an extra edge to my hard work in the gym. I am very strict when it comes to nutrition as I believe that it takes hard work outside of the gym to see results.
The use of your recovery product will help me succeed in my goals. I believe that this product will allow me to continue training hard for my competitions ahead of me. If given the opportunity, I intend to put this product to its limits.

Not quite sure how to apply for a BCAA product, but needless to say, I will give it a shot. I have recently stopped consuming any additional BCAAs as I am broke, and simply cannot afford them anymore. I would use Atomic 7 during my workout. I can keep a good log, and I would log my workouts and any effects that I notice while I use the product. Whether it be strength, endurance, recovery; I will review the flavor and consistency, as well! I have kept numerous logs for Animal, including a few sponsored logs for Pak, Omega, Flex, and both versions of Cuts. So I know that I am a pretty good candidate for this, and hope to get a chance to try out what seems to be yet another quality product, from the fine folks at Universal.

Well see now, I'm one of those nuts who can't decide where they want to be epic... so I spread the epic around. I lift heavy 5 days a week on top of kick boxing and Xterra training. For those who don't know what Xterra is: basically it's an off road triathlon with open water swimming, trail/beach/etc running, and mountain biking. I love this $hit! It's really hardcore and pushes you to your max. Personally, I have found that lifting heavy has given me a genuine edge over the other competitors who merely train for endurance. All that being said, I would incorporate the Atomic 7 into my pre/peri workout supplementation while lifting as well as during those strenuous Xterra practices in order to maintain maximum energy output and prevent muscle catabolism.

Hello everyone. I'm 18 and started training when I was 14. I started off with chest machines and ab crunching machines, dumbbell curls, the usual. At the age of 15 I just worked out my whole body without a goal, staying hours in the gym. Would come after football practice and sometimes even fall asleep in one of the machines staring at the tv in between breaks. That is how devoted I was! At 16 deadlifts, benching, squats came into my life and let me tell you that they were the most addicting thing in the gym at my age PR's were: Deadlift was at 300/ bench was at 205/ and squat was at 275. When I hit 17 my senior year in high school I hit the books and focused on my grades, I never got back into working out for a whole year now. I just recently turned 18 and I'm starting to train again in college, and I would really enjoy logging and trying out this product. I will incorporate this product into the hard work and potential that I KNOW I have. One of my goals would be to train for a beginners competition and compete in higher competitions after that. I will not disappoint! Thank you

Nice promo here.
Atomic 7 looks like a BCAA supplement that could become a staple of mine.
I like how there is a higher dose of L-Leucine(4g) compared to the other BCAAs(2g) and amino acids. I also like that there is citrulline malate and L-taurine in it.
I would supplement Atomic 7 into my workout routines as an intraworkout drink. And the grape splash flavor sounds tasty!

Universal Atomic 7
This amino acid product would work great on my cut! I know that Universal Nutrition is a well respected company that makes quality products, and I'm sure that Atomic 7 will be a top of the line supplement.
This amino acid supplement sounds awesome. On my cut, i do not consume as much protein/calories as I should (compared to on a bulk). I lift hard 5 days a week and Atomic 7 would help me recover and retain muscle. I would absolutely love to see how enhanced aminos work! I love the grape taste of grape BCAA Stack and i could only imagine that the taste of Atomic 7 will be just as good. Great promo, and thank you Universal for the opportunity.

Atomic 7 sounds like a great product, thank you for this opportunity.
I am trying to get swole this winter. I started at 140lbs, with zero muscle! I'm currently at 170, and plan to get to 185. I am under financial troubles right now, and my goal seems to be drifting away, but I am not giving up. I am working a midnight to morning shift, fatigues is a huge problem. Atomic 7 will definitely help me while working, and lifting with the decreased fatigue. I work at a warehouse, so as you can imagine I'm lifting boxes constantly, on top of that I lift at the gym 5 times a week. Sadly, muscle recovery and pure energy is huge problem for me. I find it very hard to recover after work, and adding the gym to that is just plain hard. Sometimes I just want to go home and fall asleep. Even though it's a struggle for me, I am not giving up. I haven't missed a gym day in the last 6 months.
I believe my performance in the gym, and work will be greatly improved by Atomic 7, as stated above. It will support my body, ultimately making the quality of life better.Last edited by Protein18; 12-04-2010 at 09:16 AM.

First off, would like to say that I love Universal's product. currently using animal pak and universal torrent and i can surely say that it has helped me out tremendously with my strength and gains, noticing great results.
I have been bulking for the past 2 years with weight fluctuating up and down. i have the nutrition part down to a tee, weighing all my food, meeting all my macro requirements, just changing my carb intake depending on my weight gain for that week.
I train 5 days a week, my split being Chest, Back, Arms, Shoulders/Traps, and Legs. I train abs on 3 out of these 5 days as well.
The exercises that I do varies every workout just to keep my body guessing. So far, i love to include supersets in my workout and high volume as i have found out that that has given me the best results.
I have noticed increases in strength but my main goal is to continue being stronger while increasing lean muscle mass.
Never taken a BCAA supplement before but knowing universal and its history of products, i know that it would not fail me at all.
If i get the opportunity to try this product, i would plan to take a serving after my workout since this is the most important times to ingest any kind of nutrients if increased performance and recovery are needed. By taking it as a recovery drink, Atomic 7 will help me replenish the BCAA's in my muscle, aiding in my muscle recovery so that I will be ready to train the following day and prevent any dangers of losing muscle from possible overtraining.
Additionally, since finals week is coming up, BCAAs from Atomic 7 would help me during times of stress, since it is said that BCAA"s are released from the body during these stressful times and stop protein synthesis in the muscles. By taking Atomic 7, providing my body with BCAAs would not only help my workout recovery but also affect the signal of releasing BCAA's by replenishing lost BCAAs and allow protein synthesis in my body to continue throughout the day.
If chosen to log, I will be sure to document the results and inform people of its benefits.

good luck to the rest of you guys as well!

Ill take atomic 7 after my pre-workout fireballer and sip it during my whole workout to decrease fatigue, and maximize the workout. It will help fuel my recovery and cell volumization. atomic 7 will keep my body working and help me move forward toward my goals.
It would help me meet my goals by promoting quick recovery so I can hit the gym again and my muscles will be ready for the next attack.

I would like to start off by thanking Universal for being supportive of Canadians, and allowing them to compete in this promo. Just goes to show the class behind these guys! Now on to Universals Atomic 7! This looks like a solid BCAA+ supplement. It has a good ratio of 2:1:1 with some extras, which appeals to me. I will be undergoing an intense, monster bulking regimen for the next excruciating 8 weeks. And I need a product like Atomic 7 to aid me in this.
A bit about me: I’m 22 years of age, 6’3”, 230lbs. I currently undergo a Strict 5 day work out. I have been and currently a UNIVERSAL user. I currently implement the PAK into my stack, and I’M LOVING IT. I would like to use this product to assist in my protein synthesis and propel my anabolic state in and out of the GYM! This will especially benefit me while on my lean cut following my bulk. I’m looking for anything to excel my already explosive work out, and I think ATOMIC 7 has the fuel I need to produce bigger and better workouts.
I would be privileged to be selected to test out another staple product by UNIVERSAL.
Thanks
