When I do a long and intense interval cardio, my nipples get hard after 20 mins. After I'm done doing cardio, my nipples gets really hard and I feel a pain under the tip of nipple. That part gets kinda pain when I take a shower even 30 mins after finishing cardio (my nipple is still hard)
I don't know where to post this, but I assumed that it have something to do with losing weight and cardio.

Yup, chafing, marathon runners & ultra runners' worst nightmare.
I actually do the opposite to prevent chafing, I wear a TIGHTER shirt.
Chafing is caused by movement of the textile against your nipples - a much wider shirt *may* fix the problem, but a tight UnderArmor shirt will *definitely* fix it.- Amateur Muay Thai 4-1

personally with the amount of cardio I do, I wear nipple protection every single day....
mine get raw fast.
what I learned is of all the options (band-aids, vasoline, tighter/looser shirt) NOTHING comes close to 3M Micropore Paper Tape
get some of this:
tear off a little inch square and tape it over (covering) your nipples. viola instant awesomeness.
it's water proof (you can even shower with it on) and it feels great without leaving sticky residue.
unlike bandaids and wraps it will not come off unless you take it off, trust me.
I buy them in a 2-pack for like 4 bucks at my local CVS pharmacy, 1 2-pack lasts me about 7 months, using about 2 inches of tape 6 out of 7 days a week.

Pretty much what several of the above have said: Cotton t-shirts/sweatshirts can aggravate the chafing problem, especially when they get sweaty. Most lightweight poly shirts (compression, fitted, or loose-fit) shouldn't chafe, although some courser poly-meshes might. Some of the newer soft poly stuff like UA Heatgear Touch, Nike Pro, etc., are real nice, soft, light, and fast-drying. A little spendy, but you only need one or two sets as the stuff is super easy to wash by hand and dries overnight.

I was hoping that a woman would of answered this post. I have the same problem. It's not chaffing guys, I have the compressed sports bras tried different types and it still doesn't work. I really hurts after I do high intense cardio. Please let me know if anyone answered you. I am wanting to know as well. VERY SERIOUS!!!
This is what I found so far that would make sense: Your body may just be at a heightened state of arousal during exercise. This doesn’t mean sexual arousal, rather just a physiological state of heighted autonomic arousal that you experience during exercise in the same way that you experience changes to heart rate, respiratory rate, perspiration, etc... Erect nipples may just be another natural component of that.
