Need help picking a fat burner for gf
what do you guys recommend? something that wont give you the jitters, and wont feel the energy effects....

Yep, diet first, then worry about supps.
No "fat burner" is going to overcome a bad diet. Even with a good diet, any benifits from fat burners for actual burning fat is minimal.
There is no magic pills and fat burners do not magically melt fat away.

^^ what they said. If you REALLY feel she needs it and you wont listen to the others talk you out of it, save your money and buy a bottle of caffeine pills for $5 and a bottle of green tea extract or EGCG for about the same price. Those will last 3 months for $10.

Agree diet comes before supplements. You'll see best results controlling what your eating.
