Well, bulking season is definitely here, and that means you're going to be spending a lot more time in the kitchen...awesome! In order to keep you from getting too bored, I wanted to share a few of the many recipes we have at AllMaxNutrition.com.
This is just a tiny sampling of some pudding-like recipes for those of you who like to say hello to Jell-O but would rather pack on a lot of muscle than a lot of midsection fat.
You can find more AllMax Nutrition recipes right here.
ALLMAX-I-MUM PROTEIN BREAD PUDDING
Ingredients
1 small, square, disposable foil baking tray
4 slices thick, whole grain or multigrain bread
3 to 4 lg tbsp apple butter
2 scoops ALLMAX ALLWhey Butterscotch Maple Fudge Protein Powder
1 whole egg
1 egg white
2 lg tbsp real pumpkin pie filling (optional)
2-3 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
¼ tsp cinnamon
Pinch allspice
Pinch nutmeg
Preparation
Heat oven to 300°F.
Take the thickly sliced bread and spread with apple butter, then cut into chunks and toss into the foil baking tray. Bake for forty minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Enjoy.

At this time of year, I make one of these bread puddings for the family or just for myself. They’re healthy, easy and handy to have around the house when that sweet hunger moment takes over.
Quick tip: If using canned pumpkin, you can portion the leftovers up and label and freeze for a later date, as it saves well this way.

STRAWBERRY CHIA PUDDING
he humble Chia, Salvia hispanica and Golden Chia, Salvia columbariae, have been cultivated in South America and coastal California for hundreds of years, and is still highly valued as a nutritional food source. Chia is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, particularly ALA.
Chia seeds may be eaten raw, but may also be enjoyed sprouted and more commonly, soaked. Chia seeds have a mucilaginous substance, and become gelatinous when soaked in water, absorbing 9 times their weight! This gel is often used in puddings and porridges to improve texture and flavor. The ground seed is also delicious in baked goods.
You Will Need:
• 1 tbsp ground Chia Seed Fiber
• 8 oz water
• 1 scoop ISOFLEX Strawberry
In a small bowl, mix the Chia seed fiber and water to a gel-like consistency. Stir in the Isoflex until evenly mixed. Enjoy!

BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!
Of course, there's always some simple ISOFLEX pudding: mix Isoflex with minimal water and freeze for 20 minutes, stirring at the 10 minute mark. Pure protein pudding
