Xtend. and i would NOT go putting it in your post workout shake, its not going to hurt you or anything but it would taste pretty awful.
BCAAs are usually used as a intra-workout drink or just sipping on it throughout the day.

Recon has a much better profile than Xtend and is probably pretty tasty. All the Muscle Pharm products I've tried have been delicious. Drink it seperately though--fruit flavors probably won't taste good mixed in with your protein shake.
