They are at 14.5 and I'm currently at 5'9 142 lbs. Yes my lower body is a bit behind.

I'm 5'1'' and my right bicep is 14 3/4'' unflexed
(left is 14 1/2'') I do not have as much body fat as you however, so I guess it does not mean anything.

those are not 15" arms
"on the bech press i usually start off with 205 doing it 5 times then once i ad my usual extra 5 pounds on i can barely do it twice. How can i increase my chest cardio? so i can rep heavy weight easier" -dc1992hp

your arms are pretty small don't even look like 14.5 to me
edit; eh maybe 14.5 but don't look close to 15sThe more I eat and the heavier I train - the better my 'genetics' get.

Bodyfat and bone density play a huge role in how big your arms are
eg mine are 17" and I can only curl dumbells 45 3x10 times
most of you 15" can probly do thatI'm calling Quest tonight
