    Good quality non-dairy protein supplement

My girl trains hard; needs to go on a non-dairy protein supplement for 2 weeks while she has some medical testing done. Any recommendations? I heard the Hemp protein has a good profile, but tastes like crap! Any suggestions?
Everybody knows better; I'm ok with that.

Aside from dairy and meat, you don't have a ton of good options, maybe soy, though beans aren't bad--mainly water and fiber and carbs, but there's more in there than in whole grains typically, and overall they're a great choice for almost any diet/goal.

Gemma or Rice are decent alternatives, neither taste fantastic though. Could mix some bulk gemma with a lot of cocoa powder and splenda.

Egg protein all the way would be my recommendation as well. The soy proteins do have hormonal issues to deal with, but as you're talking about a female the phytoestrogens of soy might be beneficial hormonally. In-terms of protein for the sake of physiological usability let's stick with egg protein. My favorite right now would be: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/opt/egg.html

But if we do wanna keep it the soy way, http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/opt/100soy.html

I know those are both ON products, but for the time being they're the best for their purposes.
