    Weight Loss Advice

    I was hopping to get some advice from the forum on what they would recommend for me to start in the gym.

    My guess is not to bulk but to cut.

    I am currently 5' 10" 187 pounds.

    Any comments/ help would be helpful. I hope to post pictures along my journey.
