    Supps making me sick!

    First post in the forum!
I've tried to take Jack3d, ReCreate, and other stimulant loaded supplements. For hours after taking them, I always feel like I'm going to throw up! Anyone else have this reaction? Anything I can do about this? I've tried taking with and without food, so that's not it. Help!

    Thanks,
    kim

They make me feel that way too. My solution is to not take them. I think some people just don't do well witht hem. Your performance won't be hindered by not taking them. I personally don't think there are any supps you absolutely NEED as long as you are getting everything you need from your diet.

Agreed. I have the same issue and I don't take them. You don't need them so there is no need to make yourself feel sick.

Thanks Ladies! That's the conclusion I've come to as well. I just can't take anything with that powerful of a stimulant in it. I'm not sensitive to caffeine otherwise-- drink double espresso every morning. No idea why I'm reacting to these supplements this way.

I needed a really good thermogenic too, to kick it up a notch.

There are a lot of supplements out there that are stimulant free. To name a few, instead of Jack3d for pre-workout you can try:
    Body Octane
    Ultima
    Ragnarok (caffeine free version)
    Green Mag
    Purple Wraath
    NO Beta
Animal pump (minus the red pill)
    NO-Xplode (caffeine free version)

I find using a heart rate monitor helps.. I find keeping my heart rate under 150 helps if it's hits 160 I feel really sick.

I find jacked the best supp ever and would rather control it then do without it sometimes .. Some days you need the kick.

My biggest problem is sleeping afterwards... Was up til 3am on Monday just gone..

Maybe take less? Maybe take none.. Just listen to your body xx
