Does DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) cause you to feel bloated and heavy?

I get this too. My jeans do feel tighter in the quads and glutes area. Feels nice actually. I don't get a bloated feeling either.
I'd also noticed lately that my button down shirts feel weird across my upper back and shoulders; shirt fits tighter there. I know it's because I'd been working that area like crazy. Sometimes I catch myself "shrugging" to adjust my shirt and tugging at my collars.-----------------------------------
