hi, i need help with my new plan i just want to check its good and that im not overtraining.
sunday-Chest superset with back then shoulders
monday-biceps/triceps/abs
tue-legs
wed-cardio
thur-chest superset wit back then shoulders
friday-biceps/triceps/abs
sat-rest
or
monday-chest/shoulders/abs
tue-quads/calf
wed-biceps/triceps/abs
thur-ham/calf
fri-back/abs
sat-rest
sunday-cardio
so which one is best ? each day the workout is 45min long, i take supliments to help me recover faster too(superpump250, 100% gold whey protien and creatine)
